When the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) bucks back into Sacramento, California for the PBR Unleash The Beast – Wrangler Long Live Cowboys Classic at Golden 1 Center on Jan. 28-30, fans will see the ultimate level of competition as the world’s top bull riding athletes take on the rankest bucking bulls in the business.
The three-day weekend will mark the 19th consecutive year that the PBR’s premier tour has traveled to California’s capital city and the fifth year inside the state-of-the-art home of the Sacramento Kings.
California fans have the opportunity to see a pivotal event as the Top-35 bull riders in the world attempt to collect crucial points on the line in the championship race to the PBR World Finals in May 2022.
When PBR was last in Sacramento, 2019 PBR Rookie of the Year Dalton Kasel had a flawless weekend inside of Golden 1 Center winning his first event of the 2021 PBR Unleash The Beast (UTB) season. Just like Kasel’s quest last August, the world’s best bull riders will arrive in California to set the 2022 season on fire with a win.
Fan favorites including 2020 PBR World Champion Jose Vitor Leme, two-time World Champion Jess Lockwood, 2018 World Champion Kaique Pacheco, 2016 World Champion Cooper Davis, veteran riders like Joao Ricardo Vieira and many more will be among the riders expected to compete throughout the weekend. The coveted world points on the line will set the world standings leaderboard early on in the season as the battle toward the 2022 world title begins.
The intense bull riding action at the PBR Unleash The Beast- Wrangler Long Live Cowboys Classic begins at 7:45 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 28, 6:45 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29 and 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 30. Tickets for the three-day event go on sale Friday, Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. and will range in price from $15 to $150. Fans can purchase tickets at the Golden 1 Center Box Office or Golden1Center.com.
Fans can upgrade their ticket purchase for any night by selecting the “Elite Experience” add-on for $75.
