PBR Bucks Back into Sacramento for Annual Unleash The Beast Event

The PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Unleash The Beast series returns to the Golden 1 Center Friday, January 31 through Sunday, February 2, 2025. California fans will once again be treated to an intense showdown between the Top 35 bull riders in the world and the sport’s most talented animal athletes at the PBR Sacramento.

The three-day weekend, one of only five in the 23-event Unleash The Beast regular season, will mark the 22nd year that the PBR’s premier tour has traveled to California’s capital city and the eighth year at Golden 1 Center. The top bull riders in the world will take to the dirt at 6:45 p.m. on Friday, January 31 and again at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, February 1 and then the action culminates at 11:45 a.m. on Sunday, February 2 to crown an event champion.

Ticket prices for the three-day weekend range from $20-$125 and are available at the Golden 1 Center Box Office or at Golden1Center.com. Additionally, PBR Rewards members can call 800-732-1727.

PBR Elite Seats are available for avid fans who want an exclusive VIP experience while enjoying the world’s top bull riding circuit. In 2024, when PBR visited the Golden State, 20-year-old Leonardo Castro (Cassilandia, Brazil) delivered an impressive 87-point ride aboard HomeBru (D&H Cattle Co./ Buck Cattle Co.) to seal the deal as the 2024 PBR Wrangler Long Live Cowboys Classic champion. Just like Castro’s quest last January, the top bull riders in the world will arrive in California hitting their stride in the premier season’s 11th event. Fan favorites including two-time PBR World Champion Jose Vitor Leme, 2024 PBR World Champion Cassio Dias, 2022 World Champion Daylon Swearingen, and many more will be among the riders expected to compete throughout the weekend.

The crucial world points on the line in Sacramento will set the world standings leaderboard early in the season as the battle toward the 2025 world title intensifies.
